The Banque de France manages the external Evenium website, the purpose of which is to collect applications for IBFI seminars and training courses , creation of an account to our training platform to enable you to access the training materials,  future communications and the logistical aspects of participation in these events based on the legal basis of legitimate interest in compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions: Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended relating to information technology, files and freedoms, and the General Regulation on Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).
The information requested on this site is reserved for:
  • Application management: the processing of your applications for IBFI seminars and training courses and the logistical aspects and intended for the administration of the Banque de France and our authorized third parties (our partner hotel, our subcontractor Evenium, Ubicast and Squarance). In this context, it collects personal data: title, surname, first name, email, institution, position, nationality. These data are kept on the platform for 1 year.
 
  • Communication: These data are saved in an Excel data base of foreign correspondents and contacts. The information in this document is reserved exclusively for the communication and intended for the administration of the Banque de France. In this context, the IBFI collect personal data: title, name, first name, email, institution, position. These data are kept for a maximum of 10 years.
 
Only Banque de France agents in charge of organizing the seminars, those in charge of physical access, internal control and audit departments, and authorized third parties (our partner hotel and our subcontractors Evenium, Ubicast and Squarance) have access to your personal information.
